The programme provides you with the skills and development opportunities to start your career in the professional services sector and build your potential.There’s a reason why we were voted as GradIreland’s 2021 Most popular graduate recruiter in Accounting & Professional Services – we offer challenging work and meaningful development opportunities.Principal Duties and Responsibilities• Reporting to the Head of A&A Learning, you will assist with the effective deployment of learning & development programmes for over 800 people across the technical, professional and leadership curriculums.• Administer best practice processes in relation to learning events including documentation, communications and planning• Schedule, advertise and track all learning and development courses organised by the team• Co-ordinate the daily operation of the department by managing all programme logistics• Supporting facilitators for programme deliveries both in-person and via Zoom• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for all course offerings, registrations and attendance• Issue evaluation post-programmes to provide metrics to ensure a continual process of feedback and enhancements• Liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of the department and the wider firm• Use a proactive approach in delivering a high quality service to both the business and external contacts• Support the wider department on talent, quality and team/department projects where required.Who are we looking for?Deloitte employees come from every kind of background.
