The Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as social care workers and assistant support workers. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing care and support to our service users on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting service users with their daily plans and activities
* Accompanying service users in the community and supporting them with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
* Assisting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments
Requirements:
* No qualification required for Assistant Support Worker position (all necessary training provided)
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline for Social Care Worker position
* Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
* Full driver's licence required or in the process of achieving one
