Temp Office Assistant, based in offices in Tullamore, Co Offaly
Full - time
1. Will be 35 Hours per week
2. Immediate start
3. Temporary position –inital 3 month contract.
4. €19.37 per hour
Duties include:
5. Compliance management
6. Invoice Verification – verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areas
7. Updating rosters
8. Matching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queries
9. Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
10. Data entry and Data management
11. Record management
12. Updating files - contracts, staff files,
13. General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
14. Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
15. Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Job Requirements:
16. 2 year administration or clerical experience.
17. Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
18. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
19. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
