Job Summary

Responsibilities:
* General office administration
* Supporting sales and letting agents
* Using CRM system and marketing tools
* Drafting ads for sales and lettings
* Ensuring full payment of rents and following up with tenants in arrears to collect payments in a timely manner
* Drafting: PSA contract documentation, LOEs for both Sales and Lettings
* Compiling of leases
* Transfer of utilities
* Dealing with tenant's queries and requests on a daily basis
* Arranging maintenance and repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors
* Providing tenancy management functions as part of a team for the landlord
* Coordinating tenant move ins and outs
* Ensuring landlords are fully briefed and updated
* Keeping all records updated and filed appropriately
Requirements:

* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in written and oral English
* Proficiency in the standard Microsoft Office suite including MS Word and Excel
* Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* General office administration experience; specialized knowledge would be an advantage
* Good eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with tenant problems outside normal office hours
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
* Work Location: Dublin City Centre and in person
