Job Title: Outbound Dialler Manager
Fexco Managed Services is seeking an experienced Outbound Dialler Manager to oversee and manage all outbound lead generation and dialler operations for a contract based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry.

Job Purpose
The Outbound Dialler Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective dialling approaches, collaborating with the Team Leader and Sales Coach to optimise agent performance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective outbound call approaches to optimise performance and achieve sales conversion targets and objectives.
* Collaborate with the operational management team to support in the coaching and development of agents to achieve optimal individual and team performance.
* Monitor and analyze call data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to keep the sales team engaged and productive.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average handle time, and agent adherence.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of managing outbound lead generation and dialler operations.
* Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
* Strong data and communication skills.
* Expertise in utilizing CRM systems and dialler software.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
