We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Receptionist to join our client, a public sector organisation, in Dublin 2. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires exceptional communication, organisational, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors: Welcome and interact with visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.

* Manage calls: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling queries in a professional and courteous manner.

* Handle queries: Respond to inquiries from visitors, employees, and external stakeholders, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
">
* Oversee security procedures: Ensure the smooth operation of security protocols, including visitor logs and ID access.
">
* Keyholder responsibilities: Hold key positions, including alarm codes, and manage post, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements.
">
* Support Health & Safety coordination: Assist with the coordination of health and safety initiatives, including First Aid and Fire Safety.
">
* Monitor security cameras: Regularly check security cameras and record incidents as necessary.
">
* General administrative tasks: Provide support with various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
">

Requirements:

* Relevant qualification: Possess a relevant third-level qualification.
">
* Corporate reception experience: Have at least two years of experience working in a corporate reception environment.

* Communication and customer service skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

* Organisation and discretion: Show a high level of organisation and reliability, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.

* Efficient task management: Prove the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

This role is based on-site in Dublin, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (35 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required). The contract is ongoing, week to week.
