Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment activities of attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer management and onboarding processes.Take the Lead with the in-house recruitment tool; Smartrecruiters, ensure that it is being utilised to it's full potential, including the reporting/analytics function.Train Managers/Supervisors, all employees in the art of interviewing skills, including utilising Smartrecruiters and how to give feedback after an interview.Provide reporting updates on recruitment metrics to all stakeholders, including identifying process improvement opportunities.Annual review of recruitment policy and procedure(s), ensuring fit-for-purpose.Develop retention strategy for all business segments.Engage with Segment Managers in forecasting and planning for their recruitment needs.Participate in career fairs and working with third level Education providers in supporting Internships, Work Placements, Apprenticeships and building the SGS Brand.Supporting the HR team with Admin, HR queries, HR point of contact and in some instances training supportEnsure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland's Equality & Diversity Policy and ensure others do so.At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company's policies and procedures.QualificationsRelevant Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experienceMinimum 2 years experience in full life cycle recruitment in competitive and fast moving environmentsExperience of using social media as attraction methodsHigh level competency in Microsoft Office Suite productsExperience recruiting in Life Sciences - desirableKnowledge of commonly used best practices and procedures within Recruitment and HR is preferredAdditional InformationAbility to communicate at all levels of the organisation, build relationship and work collaboratively with others.Proactive with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills
