We are hiring Sales Acquisition Executives (Field Sales Representatives) on behalf of our client eir to transform Irish homes with Gigabit Fibre broadband. This is a residential sales position, aiming at reaching new and potential customers in their homes.
What is expected from this role?
As a Sales Representative, you will work in a way that reflects FMI and eir’s company values.
Your Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Handle objections effectively during customer interactions
* Maintain a high-level working knowledge of all products and services
* Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of eir
* Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to achieve targets
* Provide customers with the right solution that meets their needs
* Be available to work from 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday
Your profile
Requirements for a successful Sales Executive application:
* Full clean EU manual driving license is essential - An automatic licence is not sufficient for this position
* Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
* Self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
* Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
* Previous door-to-door selling experience advantageous but not essential
