What you'll do
What you’ll do: In this role, you will be a highly visible and independent inspiring leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Sales Strategy and Operations team. You will work on topics that range from transformational sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.You will work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership to set sales strategy and medium/long term goals for the Commercial EMEA business. You will then own the execution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations. Responsibility:Business Partner for the VP of EMEA Commercial Sales to drive growth in the regionDefine and drive cross-functional strategic projects passionate about improving our go-to-market (GTM) engineBring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operationsOptimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, efficiency drivers, infrastructure and regional performanceLead projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaborationDevelop models to predict business performance, support long-range planning, and see opportunities for improvementsDesign reporting cadence, governance, and data strategy for the EMEA sales organizationDevelop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executivesDevelop and supervise KPIs at global and regional levelsDefine systems, tools, and business requirements for multifaceted Field Sales programsOperate with a high degree of autonomyAssist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organizationStay up-to-date with industry trends in Field Sales
Job Designation

What you bring
Basic:BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience8+ years of top-notch experience in a Sales Strategy Operations roleDeep experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with data visualization tools e.g. TableauHave wide-ranging experience; uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve sophisticated issues in creative and effective waysHave wide-ranging experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsPreferred:Experience working closely with senior sales leaders, prior exposure to high-growth work environmentsStrong understanding of SaaS business models and Commercial go-to-market principles are all highly desirableComfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidenceWell-developed ability to bring structured thinking into highly ambiguous and open-ended problem situations, then strive to consensus
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
