About Your New Job
As the Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:
1. Lead and manage the production team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP/Hygiene Systems, HACCP, and BRC standards.
3. Oversee daily production execution, ensuring all products meet specifications, packing requirements, and customer expectations.
4. Train and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators while updating SOP files.
5. Assist with audits and complaints, ensuring follow-up actions are effectively executed.
6. Act as deputy to the Production Manager when required.
7. Minimize waste and support stock control procedures, including end-of-month stock counts.
8. Collaborate with Sales and Planning to optimize production and transport logistics.
9. Research and implement new and improved processes across all areas.
