Job Title: HR Business Partner
A Permanent HR Business Partner is sought to lead the team in projects and change management within a leading Construction industry organization.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and line management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Provide best practice advice and support, working with senior members of the HR team to design, communicate, and implement new people processes.
* Offer guidance and support to management and employees seeking to resolve employee relations issues.
* Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, enhancing our employer brand.
* IDentify needs for business units across all levels on design and delivery of L&D interventions.
* Take a lead role on HR projects, such as the enhancement of our Graduate Development Programme.
* Participate in and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and provide cross-functional support.
* Propose and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience.
About You:
* You hold a Qualification or equivalent in Human Resources.
* You have 3+ years of experience within a similar role in the HR distinction within a fast-paced corporate environment.
* You have keen Employment Relations, Performance Management processes, and HRIS exposure.
* You possess good communication and organizational skills.
