Opportunity:
Reporting to the Managing Director & Chairman, as a Sales & Account Manager, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on innovation, problem-solving, and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities:
* Lead sales activities from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, targeting both single machines and full line solutions for clients in the Pharma, Food, and Confectionery sectors.
* Generate new business through proactive outreach and nurture an existing client pipeline, aiming to target at least 20 new clients monthly.
* Track competitor activity, develop value-added pricing strategies, and engage stakeholders to align on pricing and design concepts.
* Collaborate closely with design, operations, and finance teams to ensure that proposals, quotations, and designs are accurately represented and commercially viable.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, advocating for its products and services.
* Act as a liaison for clients during product testing, installation, and follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline and lead tracking, ensuring regular reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, and KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in robotic and packaging solutions sales, with strong skills in managing both existing and new client pipelines.
* Ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A third-level qualification or equivalent, with a valid driver’s license.
* Willingness and ability to travel within Ireland and Europe to meet clients and prospects.
Remuneration:
