Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will develop and implement the digital content and social media strategy, contributing to the business's digital identity and brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and support our social media, mobile, and digital content strategy to increase brand awareness.
• Plan, create, and manage a pipeline of digital assets, including photography, video, graphics, and copy, to promote key campaigns and grow followers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create promotional strategies for daily posts, swipe-ups, product-led content, and advice-based content.
• Liaise with third parties to establish partnership agreements and sponsorships to expand our online reach and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Respond to customer needs and queries through online channels.
• Convert followers into paying customers and brand advocates, growing our social audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital communication trends to continuously improve and build our digital channels.
Requirements:
• Relevant marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Creative individual with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and innovative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Digital, blogging, and eCommerce experience required.
• MS Office skills, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in delivering social media strategies and working with influencer marketing.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel (advantageous).
