Our client, a leading Insurance Broker, is seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Advisor to join their growing team.

As HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of HR and HR Business Partner, providing hands-on HR support and acting as the first point of contact for generalist HR queries, employment relations cases, and operational excellence. You will also partner with centres of excellence across Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Reward, and HRIS to deliver a best-in-class HR service.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming new joiners, supporting onboarding, and managing HR documentation and systems updates.
* Ensuring all HR transactions in Workday are completed within SLAs, guaranteeing accurate pay and employee records.
* Responding to queries in the HR inbox with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
* Championing data integrity within Workday, raising any issues relating to data accuracy or security.
* Processing job changes, promotions, transfers, and leavers through Workday.
* Acting as the initial point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating where necessary and advising line managers.
* Supporting with conversation scripting, note-taking, drafting documentation, and tracking case progress.
* Coaching and mentoring first-line leaders to improve people management capability.
* Managing short-term and long-term absences, occupational health processes, and income protection applications.
* Playing a hands-on role in M&A activities and new initiatives alongside the Head of HR.
* Supporting compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and bespoke employee communications.
* Collaborating on projects around policy reviews, talent development, early careers, D&I, regulatory implementation (CBI/SMCR), and training programmes.
What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
* CIPD qualified or holding a third-level qualification with a HR focus.
* Solid working knowledge of ROI employment law (UK knowledge is a strong advantage).
* Experienced in employee relations with strong case management and advisory skills.
* Proven ability to manage change and ambiguity with a proactive, commercial mindset.
* Previous experience using Workday, including HR reporting and system navigation.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on people experience and continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Flexibility to travel across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland weekly.
