We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to support an ongoing project. Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
1. Handle daily office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.
2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and internal communications.
Document & Data Management:
1. Maintain and organise both digital and physical files.
2. Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document retention and confidentiality.
Recruitment & HR Support:
1. Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing reference checks.
2. Support HR administration, including employee contract preparation and document filing.
Customer & Office Support:
1. Greet and assist visitors to ensure a welcoming office environment.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
3. Handle client and vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
