We are partnering with a valued client in the search for skilled Customer Support Advisors to join their dynamic, expanding national insurance company.
About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Full-Time Customer Support Advisor. The successful candidate will have the option to work fully on-site or split their time between the office and home.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver top-notch customer service, understanding and responding to customer needs.
* Guide customers through the onboarding process seamlessly.
* Advise customers on their current packages and potential upgrades.
* Offer professional and empathetic assistance, guidance, and solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Utilize provided tools and training to succeed in the role.
