Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure the highest quality service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen teams.
Develop and implement service standards to maintain a consistent luxury dining experience.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and training to meet business needs.
Monitor food and beverage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Uphold compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to exceed expectations.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a focus on fine dining and wine pairing.
