Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician for a temporary contract at a state-of-the-art facility in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and test systems and sub-assemblies against test specifications.
* Inspect components using engineering drawings, schematics, and flow diagrams.
* Prepare chemical reagents for testing and troubleshoot issues in electrical, hydraulic, and chemical operations.
* Ensure correct system configurations are delivered based on customer orders.
* Oversee repairs and ensure they meet specifications.
* Adhere to safety protocols, especially when handling dangerous or hazardous materials.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in Engineering (Degree, Diploma, or QQI Level 6 Certificate).
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or test technician role.
* Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP.
* Ability to train new or existing staff on testing procedures and unfamiliar systems.
