Role Introduction
This is a very excitng opportunity for the successful candidate to manage thier own national territory as a National Account Director for the ROI and NI. OneAdvanced already have a solid customer base in Ireland, supplying market leading software solutions to Primary, Secondary and Urgent Care organisations. Establishing and building relationships with GP practices, OOH providers, hospitals & national commissioning groups such as HSCNI and HSE will all be part of the role. The successful candiste will be a self-starter, with the experience and confidence to work at a national level. Ability to analyse the market, present data to collaboratively develop the growth plans for market. Experience of working with c-suite stakeholders
What You Will Do
As an Account Director, you will manage relationships across a complex portfolioManage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to closeActively generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base and identify new business opportunitiesProvide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or yearDevelop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales target
What You Will Have
Account Directors will have strong negotiation and closing skillsExperience within Sales in the healthcare/public sectorA proven track-record of success in B2B new business sales within a complex client portfolioEffective communication and time management skills
