Responsibilities
* Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and regulations.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Schedule, supervise, and lead staff in daily operations.
* Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
* Create and maintain employee work schedules.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications
* Irish work permit required.
* Experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
