LiaisewithRevenueCommissionerandDepartmentofSocialWelfareasneeded.
Prepareandmanagepayrollbudgets.
UpdatebudgetsheetsforTrips/Tours/Retreatswithincome&expenditure.
Issuepurchaseordersandensurecompliancewithprocurementpolicy.
ProvideadministrativesupporttotheDirectorofFinance,includingmanagingdiariesandschedulingmeetings.
Assistwiththepreparationofreportsanddocumentationforvariousinternalneeds.
KeySkillsandRequirements: ExperiencewithSAGEPayroll(MicropayProfessional) Minimum35years'experiencerequired.
KnowledgeofPAYEandPRSI: EmploymentLawandEmployeeEntitlements: ProficiencyinExcel,Word,andOutlook Mustbeaconfidentandprofessionalcommunicator.
StrongAttentiontoDetail Mustmeetdeadlinesandmanageworkloadeffectively.
