They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects and are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an exciting 240-unit residential development project in Meath.
Role Overview: The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 240-unit residential development.
This is a key role on a high-profile project, ensuring the site operates smoothly, efficiently, and meets all safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee the full construction process on-site, ensuring the project runs according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring optimal workflow and team performance.
Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and minimising risk to staff, contractors, and visitors.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all works are completed to the required standards, in compliance with the project specifications, building codes, and relevant regulations.
Budget Control: Manage and track project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within agreed parameters, and report any budgetary concerns to senior management.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on the progress of the project, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and delays, resolving them swiftly to keep the project on track.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular site reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, issues, or risks that could impact the project timeline.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential developments, preferably 200+ units.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
Proficient in construction management software, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Full clean driving licence and own transport.
Desirable: Previous experience on projects of similar scale (240 units or more).
Knowledge of the Meath area and local regulations.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) or other digital construction tools.
