Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. They are recruiting for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about driving compliance and operational success. They are seeking a proactive and strategic leader to oversee a team of Customer Care Executives to drive retailer engagement initiatives and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Salary is circa €55k pa plus pension and bonuses.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
Team Leadership & Management
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four, ensuring achievement of set KPIs and objectives.
* Coordinate and oversee store visit scheduling.
* Review and interpret store visit data, generating detailed performance reports on a weekly basis.
* Supervise portal management.
* Cultivate a high-performance culture within the team, encouraging accountability, initiative, and collaboration.
Strategic Planning & Execution
* Design and implement customer engagement strategies.
* Play a key role in shaping long-term operational strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers/customers.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
* Evaluate weekly store visit reports, team performance metrics, and customer statistics.
* Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance strategic initiatives and operational processes.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, ideally within retail, compliance, or operational management.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Strategic planning expertise with a results-driven approach to achieving KPIs.
* Proficiency in digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
* Problem-solving ability, capable of handling complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong competency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
* Background in project management and process optimisation.
* Experience with data analysis and mapping tools to inform operational decision-making.
