The purpose of this role will be to create comprehensive solutions that address our clients’ and prospects’ risks and meet their business needs. This role emphasizes the Electronic Security pillar while collaborating with operations teams to develop integrated solutions across all Six Protective Services & Products. Accelerating the growth of the Irish Solution business to achieve targets in new business sales and up-selling, cross-selling to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Account Planning: Collaborate with operational business units to identify high-potential opportunities for solutions within each branch and develop strategies to engage these clients with tailored offerings.
* Commercial Action Plans: Contribute to Commercial Action plans by identifying target clients for proactive solution sales amongst prospects and existing clients.
* Client Acquisition: Develop and implement a strategy for new customer solution acquisition in alignment with Irish and European initiatives.
* Client Engagement: Conduct commercial client visits and solution demonstrations.
* Site Risk Analysis: Perform site risk analyses to understand clients’ risk profiles and underlying needs.
* Integrated Solutions: Work closely with operational business units and the commercial department to cross-sell and up-sell protective services to new and existing medium to large clients, integrating relevant technology to form a solution.
* Training and Development: Train and develop Branch Managers and Sales Teams in solution sales and the use of available tools and processes.
* Solution Impact Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on clients’ processes and prepare transition plans.
* Implementation Coordination: Ensuring seamless handover to the delivery team while staying involved throughout implementation phase.
* Any other duties that may be applicable.
Measurement of Success:
* Achieving and exceeding annual solution sales and margin targets.
* Year on year profitable growth through increased sales of new business and the transformation of existing business into intelligent solutions.
* Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to manage and lead others.
* Exhibit excellent planning and organising abilities.
* Maintain operational excellence.
Requirements:
* A technology-oriented background with experience in technical sales.
* Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness.
* Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

* Relationship building and networking capabilities.
* Strong external partner management experience.
* Must have the right to work in Ireland.
* Have a five-year checkable employment history.
