The right candidate will:
1. Have the ability to work on their own initiative while also contributing to the overall running of the Sales Department
2. Be target driven with the ability to sell new and used vehicles profitably
3. Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently to maximise sales
4. Possess a confident and outgoing personality
5. Have a smart appearance with a polite and professional demeanour
6. Have the ability to discuss customer needs and advise on the most suitable vehicle
7. Know how to generate new business
8. Be confident in the use of computers and have an excellent phone manner
9. Have strong organisational skills
Requirements:
1. Previous Motor Industry experience is advantageous
2. Previous customer facing in Hospitality or Retail is desirable
