Job Description:

We aim to create a more efficient method of providing care to those who need it most.
We require an exceptional Care Manager who will assist in growing and managing a team of motivated, compassionate Carers in your assigned area. You will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage carer on-boarding, rosters, training/development, and overall carer welfare with support from your Regional Manager and Platinum Support Office.
* Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to ensure Carers are prepared and trained for client care.
* Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, prioritizing safeguarding and compliance.
* Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
* Identify, monitor, and manage training needs within your team, implementing a career development path aligned with Platinum Homecare's HR strategy.
* Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Platinum Homecare and HSE Standards.
* Take responsibility for reasonable duties supporting the provision of high-quality care.
Requirements
* QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills or higher.
* 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
* Experience with One Touch Care Management software is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well-organized and process-driven individual.
