I am delighted to be working with a highly regarding client in the Not for Profit sector on their requirement for a Front of House Administrator on an initial 9 week basis.
Location: Ballincollig area
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm
Hourly rate: €15
Start date: Ideally Fri 24th March
In this role you will provide a warm and inviting welcome to visitors of the service, and your role will involve;
1. Checking visitors in in accordance with centre policies
2. Update internal Salesforce-based CRM with visitor details
3. Create and amend service timetables
4. Create billing and provide invoices/receipts where necessary
5. Ensure reception area is accessible and tidy
6. Ensure kitchen is fully stocked with requirements
7. General admin to support CEO, Head of Services and Executive Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong Microsoft Suite knowledge as well as previous CRM experience.
