Recruitment Marketing Specialist (9-Month Contract)
This role is part of a leading organisation in the banking industry, responsible for enhancing employer brand and talent attraction strategies through marketing-driven recruitment initiatives.
About the Role
You will work with the Recruitment team to understand their target audience and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will develop compelling content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and enhance employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels to attract top talent.
* Identify and explore new sourcing channels to reach diverse talent pools both nationally and internationally.
* Use web analytics and behavioral data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversions, and enhance the candidate experience.
* Partner with recruitment managers to understand business needs and tailor messaging for target audiences.
