Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of woodworking machines. This role involves providing field service and ensuring excellent customer service support. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and keeping accurate service records.
Qualifications
1. Maintenance & Repair skills
2. Expertise in Troubleshooting
3. Field Service experience
4. Strong Customer Service skills
5. Experience in routine and preventative Maintenance
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Relevant technical certification or diploma is an advantage
9. Previous experience in the woodworking machinery industry is a plus
