Main Responsibilities
* Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
* Develop training materials and strategies for overcoming objections, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Provide real-time feedback and role-playing exercises to reinforce best practices.
* Monitor key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with team leaders to create personalized coaching plans.
* Identify trends in customer objections and develop effective counter-strategies.
* Provide escalation support for high-value sales opportunities.
* Stay up to date with industry best practices and sales techniques.
* Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Work closely with team leaders to align coaching initiatives with company goals.
* Provide feedback and reports to leadership on agent performance and training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales coaching, sales training, or a similar role.
* Familiarity with American culture or experience working with that demographic.
* Strong background in sales, preferably in supplements or e-commerce.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.
* Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools is a plus.
