About the Role
As a Senior UX UI Designer you will play a vital role in the development of new data-driven design features in our existing products while also having the opportunity to work on green-field products that are in the roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to lead user-centric design in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, making a real impact on product development and user satisfaction. The results of your work will transform how millions interact with public transport.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design process from start to finish for multiple products and requirements by conducting user research, interviews, empathy mapping, usability testing and verifying design concepts through observational studies.
Create sketches, wireframes, personas, flow diagrams & interaction details as required.
Build interactive prototypes to validate designs and present UX to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product/project managers, customer success, sales and marketing teams to define roadmaps, understand, define and prioritise requirements, use cases & user stories in an agile environment.
Adequate knowledge of WCAG and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate closely with developers, engineers and QA throughout the design phase and implementation.
Perform design reviews and contribute to the CitySwift design system.
Key skills
3+ Years working on Web/Mobile UI/UX in similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills; design thinking, user experience, user empathy and strategic approach to problem solving.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch or equivalent; experience in Adobe Creative suite.
