We have partnered with a global law firm to assume ownership of the HR function for the Dublin operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with key stakeholders to advise on HR matters and strategy within the Irish office.
* Collaborate with Partners to identify needs and develop initiatives, policies, and procedures.
* Local recruitment in partnership with centralised resourcing teams based in the UK.
* Conduct induction process with new joiners, assist leavers, and conduct exit interviews.
* Manage ER issues, working with Managers and employees through disciplinary/grievance procedures.
* Support employees through health issues, absenteeism, sickness, and leave planning.
* Support the Managing Partner and Partners through performance management and promotion processes.
* Forecast, budget, and report on financial and other matters to the Executive Board.
* Support resourcing teams with annual Graduate and Trainee recruitment programmes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience working at a similar level in a large Legal, Professional Services, or Financial Services firm.
* Able to work autonomously as a decision maker and influence strategy and policy design.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
