Our client are a leading provider for all fitout services to the commercial & retail sectors. They are looking for an experienced and established Contracts Manager to join their team delivering projects. Reporting into the Managing Director in this role.

Retail/Commercial Fitout background
*
Spanish speaking is desired but not essential.
*
10 + years relevant post qualification or equivalent experience.
* Capacity to work to your own initiative and have authority over various projects at once.
Responsibilities:
*
Responsible for overseeing multiple projects, at a strategic level.
*
Lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently, safely, and professionally.
*
Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that all projects are completed within set budgets and agreed timescales.
*
Ensure that safety standards and procedures are consistently followed on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
*
Monitor progress on construction sites, resolving issues as they arise and making adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
*
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors throughtout the Project.
