Graduate Role – Channel Print Team
Job Summary:
This role works within the Channel Sales Team in Ireland to help maintain and further grow the strong relationships between HP and its channel partners. The role supports in developing joint business plans with partners and engages in transactional selling. The role analyzes sales opportunities and provides relevant sales materials to partners while maintaining records of interactions. This role will take on specific projects within the channel sales function to lead and grow existing and new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Interacts with partners, providing information about products, services, promotions, and configurations.
* Assists in developing joint business plans with partners, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices.
* Collaborates internally with category and program teams to build engagement between partners and the wider HP functions including marketing, presales and services teams.
* Builds an understanding of HP’s competitors and works with category teams to counteract with existing and new initiatives across Hardware, Supplies, Security, and Sustainability.
* Uses HP Data Insights tools to analyze partner performance and recommend actions to help grow partner and HP sales.
* Maintains professional relationships with partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Achieves assigned quotas for organization products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them.
