Key Responsibilities: Manage a variety of policy types, including Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Shops and Offices, Property Owners, Directors and Officers, Cyber, and Professional Indemnity. Collaborate closely with clients, insurers, and colleagues to maintain accurate documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance contacts. Ensure timely reporting of relevant information. Adhere to compliance standards and relevant codes such as the Consumer Protection Code 2012. Actively participate in team meetings. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a commercial insurance broking or direct insurer environment is essential. APA/CIP qualification in commercial lines is required. A customer-focused team player committed to excellent service and long-term client retention. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
