Salary: €27, per annum
Reporting to the Payroll and Finance Executive, the purpose of the role is to assist in checking and processing expense claims and ensure that expenses deadlines are met in accordance with key financial controls.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the processing of all domestic and overseas expense claims.
2. Assist in the checking and verifying of expense claims.
3. Manage and monitor staff charge card balances.
4. Update staff records in the Financial Management system (Centros) such as vehicle insurance details and others as required.
5. Assist the Payroll and Expenses executive in providing support to staff in the form of advice, training, and assistance on expenses.
6. Support the Payroll and Expenses team and the Financial Management team as necessary with other tasks when required.
7. Provide support as required to the Senior Accountant.
8. Ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.
