The Red Hat Strategy, Planning, and Operations (SPO) team, within the Operations organization, is looking for a Change Management intern to join our team in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will partner with a variety of stakeholders within Operations and other internal teams, as well as with the SPO project management team. You will work on a team that is responsible for end to end change management, from strategy development to execution on projects and transformation initiatives. Your goal will be to apply best practices to ensure readiness, proper communications, and maximized change adoption. Primary job responsibilities:Collaborate with fellow SPO team members on creating and delivering successful changes for internal projects. This will include written communications, slide decks, intranet content, internal events, and potential other channels for Red Hat associates.Build Business Acumen and understanding of internal Red Hat stakeholders, to perform impact assessments that gauge the importance of a change for those impacted.Identify and define the barriers to successful change adoption, and brainstorm mitigations for potential resistance.
