Our client, a global healthcare company based in Cavan, is recruiting a Digital Learning Specialist on a six month contract.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide ongoing QA training support to division functions and the manufacturing site to ensure a compliant training management system. This includes QA onboarding and identification of QA training needs globally. Will support QA training needs related to CAPA and audit actions.
2. Work closely with Division QA and site QA leadership to continuously improve QA training materials.
3. Develop digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, online assessments, interactive simulations, and other digital learning experiences to meet business needs.
4. Develop QA training content in a variety of formats to support the business (i.e., instructor-led-training, computer-based-training, training modules, microlearning’s, One Point Lessons, Job Aides, On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and competency assessments).
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts and instructional designers, to develop learning materials.
6. Utilize instructional design principles to ensure learning outcomes are met.
7. Help establish training effectiveness measures and evaluate QA training effectiveness. Analyse data to drive continuous improvement of QA training content.
8. Develop and update training curriculum and materials.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. A minimum of 18 months experience in a training environment and/or a relevant third level qualification will provide a good foundation for this job function.
3. Previous experience with software packages such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and TechSmith Camtasia is desired. Previous experience with Learning Management System is desired.
