About this opportunity:
We are seeking aProduct Introduction (PI) project manager, to support the introduction of our new product - Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC) into customer networks. This role demands strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and exceptional stakeholder management to ensure smooth product introduction.
In this position you will oversee relevant project activities, following an established PI process, including project scoping, requirement analysis, time plan alignment, project reporting, while maintaining keen attention to detail throughout the process. This position involves collaboration with Customer Units (CUs) and internal teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and seamless product deployment.

What you will do:
• Provide technical leadership to drive the successful execution of the PI process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer Unit (CU) and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations by providing regular project updates and reporting on progress.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with major stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to align all internal stakeholders for smooth product introduction.
• Analyze customer environments, identify technical needs, and provide clear, actionable requirements.
• Oversee solutions for customer engagement challenges, such as Technical Requirements (TRs).
• Track and communicate customer improvements and feedback to the CU and internal teams, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Align feature introductions with customer migration strategies and EU (Engineering Unit) plans.
• Lead taskforces to resolve critical or blocking issues efficiently.
• Support key customer activities, including upgrades and node migrations, with technical expertise.
• Demonstrate product capabilities effectively to both CUs and customers, ensuring clarity and confidence.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant internal programs to drive product enhancements.
The skills you bring:
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong background in project management and change management methodologies.
• Containerization Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Certifications: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve project challenges effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding English speaking and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
