A leading organisation within Financial Services, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to execute global strategies, address regional needs, and manage a team. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders, HR teams, and business experts to enhance leadership development and improve performance.

Responsibilities:
* Advise senior leaders and HR teams on organisational development, coaching, and talent management across Europe.
* Partner with business leaders to design solutions that promote alignment, support change, and enhance leadership.
* Collaborate with global L&D teams to align regional and global strategies.
* Lead a small L&D team, providing coaching and ensuring focus on key priorities.
* Support team development and organisational design with senior leaders.
* Offer executive coaching to help leaders and employees reach their potential.
* Design and implement learning programs aligned with business goals.
* Facilitate leadership workshops and learning events.
Candidate Profile:
* 15+ years in L&D with leadership experience.
* Strong organisational design experience.
* A coaching certification is essential.
* Experience coaching and consulting with senior leaders.
* Ability to collaborate with teams to build scalable training programs.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
