About the Role:
The Customer Financial Planning division is a key strategic area for development at AIB. This role offers the opportunity to join a nationwide network of 120 advisors across the AIB branch network, covering multiple branches in your geography.
You will have a strong understanding of all Financial Planning products and moderate knowledge of other AIB product lines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships with customers and stakeholders to generate referrals and convert them into meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs, particularly in Protection, Investment, Savings, and Pensions.
* Collaborate with regional and local management teams to drive the achievement of the Bank's Customer Financial Planning business and financial goals.
* Develop and grow mass market customer segments to increase assets under management, generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service.
* Support staff development in assigned Business Centres/Branches, enhancing their ability to identify and engage clients with financial planning needs.
* Nurture partnerships with colleagues across multiple channels to ensure the Customer Financial Planning business is well-positioned.
Your Profile:
* Qualifications: Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
* Experience: Preferably experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
