This role may suit you if you are currently working in a management position in a smaller property and seeking to broaden your experience, or if you have worked in a large organisation but want a more structured role.
The key responsibilities include:
* Taking full responsibility for the hotel during early or late shifts, ensuring all areas are open, set up properly, and welcoming to guests.
* Supporting all departments, particularly food & beverage, during high-demand periods.
* Dealing with a wide range of guest queries.
* Participating as a full member of the management team, supporting where needed.
* Completing daily security walks, daily reports, and passover reports.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A 3rd-level qualification in Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in a management role in Hospitality or Retail.
* Exceptional communication skills and a team player attitude.
* A proven ability to work independently.
* An interest in learning & development and openness to new experiences.
