Business Analyst-12 months FTC in Limerick!
Key Accountabilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
1. Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ERP system functionality.
2. Process Mapping and Improvement:
1. Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
2. Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
3. ERP Implementation Support:
1. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure ERP configurations meet business needs.
2. Assist in system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior management to ensure alignment.
5. Project Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain project documentation, including requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
2. Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Core Competencies:
1. Good understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle.
2. Experience in end-to-end ERP rollout, from planning to go live.
3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
5. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP implementation projects.
