We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in embedding new systems and processes throughout the company once implemented.
You will also be involved in systems design and implementation, with a primary focus on post-installation activities to reinforce system adoption, measure engagement, and resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Implementation and Design:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new systems and processes.
o Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and user requirements.
* Post-Implementation Support:
o Monitor system adoption and user engagement.
o Provide training and support to ensure effective use of new systems.
o Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the system.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
o Implement changes and updates to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
o Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
* Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on system performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
* Proven experience in system design, implementation, and post-installation support.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with project management and change management.
* Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
* Certification in relevant areas is a plus.
