This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or Generalist to contribute to a well-established not-for-profit organization based in Cork. Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resource tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage documentation and systems for end-to-end HR activities.
* Monitor policies and procedures in line with employment legislation.
* Assist HR with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, contractual terms, and conditions of employment.
* Oversee employee and volunteer inductions and orientation.
* Monitor compliance and report on performance management processes.
* Maintain employment and volunteer manuals.
* SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF THE PEOPLE STRATEGY.
* Compile and maintain up-to-date employee records.
* Produce monthly reports on key HR metrics.
* SUPPORThr-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
* Develop and communicate reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
* Coordinate HR events and meetings and manage employee-Management communications.
* Support the Payroll team with payroll management.
* Handle off-boarding, exit interviews, and property return.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and promote best practice in the workplace.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider HR team.
Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* CIPD membership or working towards same.
* Knowledge of employment law.
* Knowledge of HRIS Softworks advantageous.
