Marketing Executive – Retail & Digital Focus
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and implement engaging marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales both online and in-store. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
* Website Management:
o Maintain and update the company website, ensuring fresh, accurate content.
o Implement SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and performance.
o Monitor analytics and report on user behavior, traffic, and conversion rates.
* Social Media Management:
o Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
o Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and values.
o Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand loyalty.
o Track and report on social media performance.
* Marketing Campaigns:
o Assist in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
o Create marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, and in-store signage.
o Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with in-store promotions.
o Support the planning of events and seasonal activities to attract customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within digital marketing, social media, and website management.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
* Creative mindset with strong content creation skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* A passion for gardening, lifestyle, or retail marketing is a plus
