The CSR Group have been retained by one of the regions most prominent Fit Out contractors to appoint a Contracts Director to lead a number of new projects.
This will ideally suit a candidate with a strong fit-out and managerial background As a Contracts Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring project success, and upholding our clients reputation for excellence.
Your expertise will be crucial in achieving project objectives, maintaining client satisfaction and assisting in driving the growth of our client.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple projects and site teams, working closely with the Managing Directors to continue to strive with their proposed growth plan.
Base salary in the region of €100k plus package and profit share Duties will include, and not be limited to: Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls, ensuring projects remain financially viable.
Identify potential risks and challenges, and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project progress and minimising disruptions.
Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and assurance, consistently delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Plan, as well as make decisions to prevent problems and any emerging ones.
Coordinate and direct the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Cultivate and grow the Construction department by mentoring and capturing learning to promote a culture of continuous improvement and better practice.
Contributing with fresh ideas on strategy, business planning, and service delivery that will challenge normal practice.
Attend weekly meetings to keep the management team fully informed of site issues, progress and performance of the team.
