About the Company
A leading player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Cork seeks a meticulous and organized Training Administrator to support our training department in delivering exceptional H&S learning and certification experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees within the company.
* Maintain training records, including attendance, certifications, and training completion statuses.
* Liaise with external training providers to ensure seamless delivery of training courses.
* Support the development and implementation of training materials.
* Track and report on training metrics to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with organizing training events, seminars, and workshops.
* Manage training budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and optimize training schedules.
* Maintain a positive, proactive approach to support the learning and development goals of the organization.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a training administration or similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software is a plus.
* Knowledge of regulatory training requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
