Your responsibilities will include: Provide on-site technical support to end-users and assist in resolving their IT issues effectively. Learn to identify and resolve common IT issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and peripherals. Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and resources. Assist in monitoring and tracking issues to prevent recurring problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ticket escalations. Contribute to IT projects, including software deployments and hardware upgrades. Escalating technical issues to other teams when necessary. Handling phone calls and emails as needed. Skills and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills; Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and managing security groups. Familiarity with handling access requests and managing permissions. Proficiency in troubleshooting Office 365 issues and software installations. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
