We are currently recruiting for a Canteen Catering Supervisor for Nano Nagle College, Farranree, Cork. This position operates around the secondary school calendar, and our employees are off during the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter, and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school-going children.

The position of catering supervisor is approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a half day on Wednesday. The shift is approximately 8:15 am - 2:00 pm.
The role involves:
1. Preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta, and rice dishes.
2. Service of small break and lunch.
3. Clean down after service.
4. Rostering and placing orders.
5. Reporting and daily lodgement to the post office.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must, as operating to strict break times is essential. Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP is an advantage but not essential.
